It's that time! The Colorado Combined Campaign is the one opportunity for CSU faculty and staff each year to support their favorite community charities — including United Way — via payroll deduction.
This year's campaign runs through the months of November and December, with a goal of raising $135,000 to help worthy non-profit organizations and people in need across Colorado. CSU Professor Temple Grandin is the Honorary Chair of CSU's Colorado Combined Campaign drive this year.
This is the only charitable payroll deduction authorized by the state of Colorado, and it is designed to help state employees easily contribute to the charities of their choice. Colorado State University has been donating to the Colorado Combined Campaign since 2000 and has consistently been a statewide leader in contributing to agencies that benefit Colorado.
Here's how to participate:
Your decision to give through the Colorado Combined Campaign is personal and up to you. It is not a condition of employment at CSU, and information about who gives, who doesn't, and which charities you decide to support will not be shared with your department, division or co-workers. Please know that we respect your privacy, and whether you submit a hard copy donor form or give online, your personal information will only be seen by those involved with processing your giving request.
In thanks to those who give back so much to our community, CSU faculty and staff who contribute to the Colorado Combined Campaign will have an opportunity to win some great incentive prizes. Prize drawings will be held at 5 p.m. on November 30 and December 28 — and everyone who has made a pledge by the time of the drawing will be eligible to win!
Thanks to our wonderful campus and community friends for supporting CCC and providing these great prizes!
Contributors who designate a Colorado Combined Campaign pledge for the United Way of Larimer County — and/or any of the organizations in the Campaign Resource Guide numbered in the 6000s that receive support from United Way of Larimer County — will also be eligible to win a Chevy Spark donated by Dellenbach Motors. Those who make an annual contribution between $156-259.99 to United Way of Larimer County or one of its agency partners will have one entry in the drawing; those who contribute $260 or more will earn 2 raffle entries.
